We offer our services and engage with the Developers and Architects at an early stage of planning and assist them with our input from the Body Corporate point of view. We provide timely, responsive and accurate information in establishing an effective strata plan with our comprehensive services which includes:
- Liaising with all service providers and put together a comprehensive, tailor made budget plan for use for selling by agents.
- Talking with purchasers with concerns about the function of the body corporate.
- Arranging and placing the Body Corporate insurances (cost reimbursed by purchasers on settlement).
- Provide Sec 151 or commonly known as Form 3 certificates in a timely manner, ensuring that settlements are never delayed.
- Holding an inaugural general meeting when required.
- Provision of a proposed budget for levy contributions.
- Conducting a special general meeting for the purchasers.
- Generally assisting with the settling in process for purchasers.
- Arranging and appointing onsite managers/resident manager as required
- Liaising with service providers for ongoing maintenance contracts
- Liaising with vendor’s solicitor to ensure timely settlement.
